Curry that can be eaten with roti, puri, rice or made into a bunny.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry the onion until lightly brown. Add the ginger and garlic paste and stir. Add the whole spices until a little brown.
Add the curry powder,garamasala,cumin powder and tomato. Cook for few seconds till tomato softens. Then add the rinsed lamb chops. Cook on medium heat and add a little water.
Let it cook for about 20 minutes and add the potatoes. Stir when necessary,if you need a little gravy add some water.
When the potatoes are cooked and gravy is thick, remove and garnish with coriander leaves and serve while hot.

I so wish I could afford all the spices needed for your recipes but I am slowly collecting the spices and printing out and saving recipes like this one for when have all the spices :-) Will let you know after I've finally tried them all (so far I have six recipes saved) :-) Thumbs up, Dorty :-)
