I never use bath salts, yet am always getting them as gifts. I hate to waste. Does anyone know of other uses for bath salts? Thank you.

I think the bath salts are a type of water softener. If you have hard water, try putting a small amount in with the laundry and you may be able to use less detergent. Start off with a small amount of the salts first, like 2 Tbsps. or 1/4 cup and see what happens.
