Dissolve black raspberry gelatin, lime gelatin, orange gelatin, and strawberry gelatin in 1 1/2 cups boiling water each. Dissolve remaining gelatin flavors in 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup evaporated milk each. Pour each layer into a 9x13 inch pan, adding each layer as soon as the one before it is firm enough not to mix. Layer in order given. To speed congealing of plain gelatin, dissolve in 1 cup boiling water and add 1/2 cup cold water.
