Combine rhubarb, 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1/4 cup flour; stir to blend. Add beaten eggs and nutmeg. Pour into greased 10 inch pie pan.combine margarine, 6 Tbsp. flour and 8 Tbsp. sugar and blend to form a topping. Sprinkle on top of pie. Bake at 450 degrees F for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 350 degrees F and bake for 30 minutes more.
