This is a recipe that I made up myself, and it is a total hit with my Family.
1 lb ground chicken
Penne pasta -10 cups cooked amount
1 can spiced tomatoes (chopped/diced) 19 oz can
1 can spagetti sauce 19 oz
(any kind> herb & garlic is really good)
3/4 cup milk
1 medium onion > diced well
olive oil/vegetable oil for cooking
Cheese of your choice > 1 cup grated
Saute chicken in skillet with olive oil and onions
until chicken starts to brown.
Cook pasta as per package directions. Drain pasta.
To the pot with the drained pasta , add chicken/onion mixture, tomatoes, spagetti sauce and milk.
Stir well. Top with cheese. Put the lid back on the pot & let stand for 10 mins.
I hope you try it, and I hope you enjoy it. It is quite a thrifty meal. I feed three adults, and have enough leftovers to package 3 more meals for the freezer or lunch the next day.
Thank you, Hedera. It sounds delicious. I'll try it.

May I add something?
Ground chicken can be substituted for ground beef in any recipe. It's healthier, too!
This is a really yummy recipe that I have made with chicken as well as turkey. Enjoy!
Asian Turkey Burgers With Wasabi Sauce

sauce, ginger, 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Shape into 6 patties about 1/2 inch thick.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a skillet over high heat until hot. Reduce heat to medium;
add burgers and cook 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through, adding more oil as needed.
3. Meanwhile, stir together the mayonnaise, wasabi, remaining 1 teaspoon soy sauce, and
remaining 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil.
4. Put a burger in each bun and top with about 1 tablespoon of the sauce.

Look it is a messy thing to make but it sure was good. Also as for using the right ingredents I used whatever I had on hand and still was great.
