This is a recipe that I made up myself, and it is a total hit with my Family.

1 lb ground chicken
Penne pasta -10 cups cooked amount
1 can spiced tomatoes (chopped/diced) 19 oz can
1 can spagetti sauce 19 oz
(any kind> herb & garlic is really good)
3/4 cup milk
1 medium onion > diced well
olive oil/vegetable oil for cooking
Cheese of your choice > 1 cup grated

Saute chicken in skillet with olive oil and onions
until chicken starts to brown.
Cook pasta as per package directions. Drain pasta.
To the pot with the drained pasta , add chicken/onion mixture, tomatoes, spagetti sauce and milk.

Stir well. Top with cheese. Put the lid back on the pot & let stand for 10 mins.

I hope you try it, and I hope you enjoy it. It is quite a thrifty meal. I feed three adults, and have enough leftovers to package 3 more meals for the freezer or lunch the next day.

May I add something?
Ground chicken can be substituted for ground beef in any recipe. It's healthier, too!

Chicken Meatballs
2 lbs ground chicken
2 large eggs
1 small onion,minced
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 cups of water
1 1/4 cups of plain dried bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup freshly grated romano cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black peper
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Preheat oven to 450 . In large bowl, combine chicken, eggs, onion, garlic, water, bread crumbs, (Mixture will be very moist.) Pour oil onto a plate. Dip hands in oil, then shape mixture into 2 inch meatballs, oiling hands as needed to prevent sticking.

Transfer meatballs to 2 - 151/2 by 101/2 jelly roll pans. Place pans on 2 oven racks; pour 2 cups water into each pan. Roast meatballs 20 to 25 minutes or just until they lose their pink color throughout.

Look it is a messy thing to make but it sure was good. Also as for using the right ingredents I used whatever I had on hand and still was great.
