Caper Vinaigrette

If you like capers, you're going to love this one ;-)

Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
• 1/4 tsp. salt

• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1/3 cup capers, finely chopped

Directions:

Shake all ingredients together in a cruet or jar and serve.
