Buying Food Wholesale for Food Bank?

I am opening a community food bank. I am in need a wholesale source of canned food and nonperishable foods. I also need rice and beans in bulk. I am not wanting any banana box or outdated items. Anyone have suggestions on where I can purchase my supplies?
