I have an Aurora CrossCut shredder, AS700X, that will not start. It is as though the motor isn't working. Is there a reset button or a simple way to fix it?

Kathy - I don't have any advice for fixing your shredder but would like to buy the basket from yours if you cannot fix it. I have the same shredder and the basket was damaged in transportation. You can contact me at rpf1981 AT live.com.
