Quick and easy, and fine!
Over medium high heat melt butter and oil.
On one half of a flour tortilla place a couple of tablespoons of apple pie filling. Fold over.
Fry each side in butter and oil (about 2-3 minutes each side, until light brown).
Sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Serve hot with a dollop of vanilla ice cream.

My son is going to love you! He loves these from Taco Bell! And these sound a lot better! Thank you!
Sounds easy and yummy. Thanks for sharing.
We do something similar but with blueberries (fresh) mixed with cream cheese and yogurt plus a little cinnamon/sugar mixed and warmed in the microwave. No measuring, just a soft mixture. Toast one side of tortilla, til brownish, on an ungreased griddle, I use a cast iron skillet.
