This an easy and quickly assembled, quick cooking recipe. A weight Watchers Points Plus+. It's also a Low Carb recipe with 0.1 grams of Carbohydrates per fillet!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place fish on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray; lightly coat fish with cooking spray. Bake for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until a desired degree of doneness.
