I was wondering if anyone out there would know how I could get plastic containers or something like the ones that tv dinners come in. I have looked around on the net and I haven't been able to find any that I could buy.

Try the dollar stores. I have seen divided dishes that have plastic covers, for freezers.. I use mine for PLAN_OVERS for another meal.
I have seen stacks of these dishes at yard sales, and in stores like Goodwill.
