THIS IS GOOD! Make 1 cup of oatmeal, add as much cinnamon as you like, add as much brown sugar as you like,( I use 2 tsp.) mix- then add 2 heaping tablespoons of applesauce ( use natural-no sugar) mix, eat and enjoy, it tastes like something good, doesn't taste like oatmeal. I'm not an oatmeal lover, but I like this....JOANIE

For the diet inclined try adding a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. it adds a apple flavour and it is really good for activating that fat burning effect.

in fact you can take a table spoon of apple cider vinegar before each meal to encourage weight loss.

brown sugar is great, but hubby uses jelly. hmmm lol haven't tried honey or ice cream! lol
