Tear up chicken into large chunks, removing skin and bones
Place chicken, soup, and 1 and 1/2 cups milk in a pot; bring to a boil.
Make biscuits following directions on Bisquick box. Drop spoonfuls of dough into boiling chicken/soup. Turn down heat to a slow boil let cook 10-15 minutes or until biscuits are done
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Even easier is to cut up flour tortillas into 1x2 rectangles and drop in the boiling gravy until puffed and soft. I am not familiar with this recipe but the broth may need to be thinned with additional milk.
