Place onions in a large bowl. Pour boiling water over the onions and let stand 1 minute. Drain and then add cucumbers. In a separate, small bowl combine the yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Mix well and pour over onion mixture. Toss to coat. Chill until serving time. Serve with a slotted spoon and enjoy.
