I use the extra plums to make "Plum Good". I put them in a large jar, add sugar and a bottle of vodka and let it set for about 3 months. When ready, we enjoy the cordial and the liquor infused plums.

That sounds great! Can you post the actual Plum Good recipe? How many plums, how much vodka, what size jar and how much sugar do you use, etc.?
