Caramel Topping:
For torte, combine ingredients and pour into 9x9 inch pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees F. For topping, cook topping ingredients until they come to a boil. Serve on cake.

This sounds like a delicious torte; however, I'm not sure if I've ever heard of sweet cream. Can it be found in the dairy section with whipping cream and half & half?
