I had my toaster/convection oven door open and the plastic wrap from some tortilla shells fell on the inside of open door. How can I remove this? Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried WD40 It has cleaned anything I have applied it to It would not damage any thing to try it. and then wash off good when complete with a mild vinegar water.
