This is our Rat Terrier, Sam. He's from just outside Chicago and is 4 months old. He's already made good friends with Riley, our Golden Retriever. They play quite a bit outside and inside, Sam tries to eat Riley's food when Riley's not looking. In this picture, they are both about to have a snooze. A handsome pair, don't you agree?

They look pretty cozy!! Riley looks really warm to snuggle up to. They are pretty.
I also have a rat terrier named Corkey he is similar color only his face is all brown and has 3 circles of brown onhis back.
How old is yours? This one is a year and a half. His ears are cute standing tall.
They look so sweet together and they're both very pretty.

Wow. I forgot about this. The Golden passed in 2016. The little fella is sittin' beside me.
Update again. Sam, the Terrier, is still here beside me. September 2020.
Its January, 2021. Sam the Terrier is definitely showing age and some pretty big lumps, but he lives on. Hes trained us well. A remarkable dog.
Thanks for the update. We would love to see a picture of Sam now. :)
Sammy passed away on August 21, 2021. We held him tight and miss him badly. He was such a good, good boy age caught up with my best friend.
Its March 8, 2021. A lot has changed, but Sam here remains with us. Hes lumpy, survived cancer at 12, lost some vigour, and wont win a 100 dash anymore.
