Quick, tasty and low calorie.
Blend tomatoes, carrots, sweetener, salt, pepper and and herbs, add a tin of water (carrots size tin). If you want to leave out the tinned vegetables, you could just have tomato and carrot soup adding coriander or basil.
The vegetables can be added with other seasonings. Warm through in the microwave. It is so quick, it can be blended in a jug and left in the fridge until needed.
