Some of the growths are not very serious, and can be removed without much problem, and some are very serious. You may have 'diagnosed' yourself incorrectly. Only a doctor can tell for sure what it is.

Are you sure they are warts and not skin tags? Warts are caused by a virus; skin tags are just things that people get.
It could be just something you genetically get with age.
