Tortilla rollups

flour tortillas
cream cheese
flavor/seasoning of choice

example one:
cream cheese at room temp. Add to cheese chili seasoning and or "dry" fine chopped jalapeno either canned or fresh, cilantro chopped fine.
mix seasonings with cream cheese, spread thinly on tortilla and roll as tight as you can. Helps to use wax paper to roll sometimes.
Stick rolls in frig to chill and harden some. Cut in rolls like cinnamon rolls-- lay flat on platter. You'll think of other seasonings as you make them.

Example two:
make the cream cheese with something "savory" like dry onion soup mix. you might need to add some moisture with this one. Take thin sliced meat-- in the package-- 59 cents or so at the store-- spread your cream cheese mixture on the tortilla, lay the thin cut meats one layer across-- wrap tightly, chill and cut--

example three: how about horseradish mustard with the cream cheese and thin sliced beef--
good luck

Terry, this is really simple and easy to do,
Pizza Bites

Ingredients:
10 slices American cheese
40 slices pepperoni
40 round snack crackers(like Ritz)

Cut each cheese slice into 4 pieces. Spray a large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place crackers on cookie sheet, top with cheese and a slice of pepperoni. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes or until warm.

My Ultimate favorite is PIGS IN BLANKETS.
They can be made ahead of time, frozen, then popped in the oven!
Use the little hot dogs that come in packs of 50. (Hillshire are the ones that I am familiar with).

Get CRESCENT ROLLS, whatever is least expensive.
With the dough really cold, I undo each triangle and cut them into 3rds or even 4ths. Roll them around the hot dogs, thickest side of the dough first.
Bake per the manufactures instructions for the rolls.

No if you want to make these ahead of time, FREEZE the rolled piggies without baking them. Then bake at the temperature recommended.

I find that putting these on a rack a tad higher then middle prevents the bottoms from burning.
Also Keep an eye on them while they are baking. Each often bakes a bit differently and you don't want to burn them.

Enjoy-hope this helps.

I've always made Bologna Stack-Ups...simple, easy and every one loves them. Take cream cheese that is softened, add whatever seasonings you like and mix well. (Can tint the color if you like also.)
Spread this on slices of Bologna, stack them up and cut into pie shaped pieces. Push a pretzel stick into each slice and put on plate. You can also add olives slices before skewering.
