Does anyone now how I find someone who can sew a deceased person's clothes into stuffed toys or quilts?

I would advertise in your local media.
I would check with your local nursing or retirement homes. There are probably many well qualified people there! Good luck!
I am a quilter and would do so, but am not in your area. I recommend you call some local quilt shops - often their employees will make quilts for customers. If none of them can do it, they can surely give you the name of who will.
www.sheepthrills.net made Teddy Bears for me out of my grandmother's mink coat that had some torn pelts. I gave one to each of my children as a memento of their great grandmother. They are located near Indiana, PA
You can check out your County Agent office, most of those have offices for 4H clubs, and homemaker clubs as well, and may be able to set you up with someone reliable.
