Stir flour, half of salt, onion salt into melted margarine. Stir in milk. Cook over moderate heat until thickened. Pour Minute Rice into 2 qt. shallow baking dish. (Do not cook first). Combine broth, remaining salt; pour over rice. Sprinkle half of cheese over rice. Top with veggies, then turkey. Pour on sauce; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes. Serves about 6.
