I was wondering if anyone had tried instant vanilla pudding and powdered milk as a coffee creamer?

I havent tried this, but sounds good. I say give it a shot and let us know!
It's worth a try if you have lots of extra vanilla pudding to use up. I just wonder will the coffee thicken up since the pudding contains cornstarch?
There is a recipe for a French Vanilla Coffee mix at hillbilly housewife.com. It uses instant coffee, vanilla pudding mix, powdered milk and sugar. I have tried the mix minus the coffee and sugar to add into my brewed coffee.
I used to eat at the cafeteria and they always had french vanilla liquid creamers in those little plastic holders, and I would always put one or two on my baked potato, it was wonderful. Racer
Has any one tried the recipe at hillbilly housewife using decaf, equal (or other sugar sub), and sugar-free vanilla instant pudding? What about other flavors, like chocolate?
Yes while viewing another site ran over this recipe
French Vanilla Instant Coffee Creamer
1/3 cup crushed instant coffee
1 cup instant dry powered milk
Hahaha I just think that it's hilarious I'm not the only person to wonder this exact same thing. And then so distracted by reading all the comments I ate all the pudding in my life and have none for my coffee now
