Fixing Leaky Outdoor Faucet ?

I am having a problem with my outdoor facets leaking. They are not leaking where the hose is connected, but at the point where the facet is connected to the pipe. Any ideas on how to correct this problem?

Some times it could be the seal leaking and the dripping would look as if the faucet is drippin where it is joined to the pipe. To fix that tighten the nut that is directly behind the round handle. If it is in fact the joint where the value joins the pipe leaking, then you will have to unsweat the pipe and the valve with a propane torch, clean the both the pipe and inside of the valve where the pipe is joined. Apply flux, mate the pipe with the valve and sweat the two together with the propane torch. Take the valve stem out of the value when using the torch so you don't ruin the stem seal.
