Brunch Pie

Ingredients:

• 10 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
• 1 tin crescent rolls
• 2 medium tomatoes, thickly sliced, peeled, and seeded

• 3 eggs
• salt and pepper
• 1/2 cup flour
• 3/4 cup sour cream
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:

Line crescent roll dough in ungreased pie plate. Arrange bacon, tomato slices, and cheese on crust. Beat egg whites until stiff. Combine egg whites with yolks, sour cream, flour, salt and pepper. Place on top of pie, and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes.
