With a base of cottage cheese you can add just about anything you want.
Just add your favorite vegetables to the cottage cheese mixture. My favorite options:

Make sure to drain any ingredients you add, mix your ingredients and enjoy. With summer coming on and the fresh tomatoes this will be one of my main foods.

I do something very similar except I use sour cream instead of the mayo. My late mother in law used to make this for breakfast/brunch to spread on a toasted bagel.
This sounds like a great low carb side dish. I am on Atkins and always looking for new recipes to get me out my salad rut. Thanks for sharing.
