Ingredients:
- 1 bag vegetable rotini
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 4 green onions, sliced (white and green up to 1" of top)
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 stalk broccoli, chopped (flowerettes only)
- 1/2 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
- 1 tsp basil leaves (dried)
- 1/2-1 cup fat free honey mustard dressing
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions, adding peas for the last few minutes; drain. Place in a large bowl and mix with remaining vegetables and spices. Pour dressing on top, starting with 1/2 cup and adding more if necessary
