Ingredients:
- 1 can fruit cocktail, drained
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup shredded coconut (opt.)
- 2 cups small marshmallows
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1-2 cup fresh fruits in season such as strawberries, blueberries, oranges, apples, peaches
- 1 can apricot pie filling
Directions:
Mix ingredients together except whipped topping. Cool several hours before serving. Mix in whipped topping. Serves 12.
