Whenever I need "patterns" I go to my kids coloring books. The pictures are simple and easy to cut apart for patterns and such - I use them for quilt applique ideas all the time!
There are lots of different sites with Fall themed graphics. Here is one that has a list of a lot of different sites:

is a good site for teachers. But I didn't know exactly what you wanted to use it for.
