What does it mean when your feet and hands go red and start this uncontrollable itching almost to the point of numbness? It happens now and then and it lasts sometimes up to 25 minutes and then it's gone again. It started when I was in the shower and then it was happening when I was running and now I can just be sitting down watching TV and it happens. I'm very scared and can't seem to find any answers. Please help.

I think a trip to the doctor is warranted to be sure; but it sounds like you might be experiencing symptoms of Reynaud's? Here is an article:

Yes, a Doctor visit is what you need first, probably a Rheumatologist. You may be experiencing some kind of auto-immune disorder. But first, a Doctor has to see you.
It could be something wrong in the nervous system. it could be a lot of things. I have peripheral neuropathy, which is whole body numbness (strongly in the hands though).
Please don't be afraid but the person you should be consulting is your Physician.
Could be a simple as stress.
