This is a great way to use up those tomatoes still left in the garden when frost time rolls around and ready for holiday baking!
Place ground tomatoes in a large kettle; cove with boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes. Drain; and repeat. Drain again. Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer till thick, stirring occasionally. Put in jars and seal.. Pressure canner for 10 minute at 10 lbs. of pressure.
Makes: 8 quarts.
