It is easy and cheap to prepare. Back in the 70's, my mother found the recipe on the box and it soon became a favorite of the family. Even today it is a favorite for my family and their families.
Brown Pork and set aside.
In same skillet prepare the Rice-a-Roni as the package states, EXCEPT use the tomato sauce in place of 1 cup water. (pkg usually calls for 2-1/2 cups of water)
Bring to a boil, add the pork back into the Rice-a-Roni mix and cook until rice mix is done.
Keep adding liquid as desired for consistency.
