I know this is a long shot, but does anyone have a recipe for sugar-free Graham Crackers?

Here is a recipe for graham crackers from a book called Super Snacks by Jean Warren. I haven't tried them but I thought they might be something you could use.
1 cup graham flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Stir together in a large bowl.
Blend the ingredients below in a blender.
1/4 cup apple juice concentrate
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 banana, sliced
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
Add blender ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well. Divide dough in half and roll out on floured surface as thin as you can. Cut into squares and place on cookie sheet. Poke crackers with a fork. Bake at 350' for 6 - 8 minutes.
Thank you very much for this recipe, it sounds wonderful! May God bless you! Debra
