Omelet in a Cup

For a quick and easy omelet, use a microwave safe coffee mug. Simply crack one or two eggs into the cup and stir. Add cooked bacon, ham, tomato, onion, etc. and stir again. Cover with plastic wrap and nuke it for 1-2 minutes. Stir and nuke for another minute or two. Voila! Instant omelet. You can eat it out of the cup or turn onto plate. Easy cleanup and fun to eat! Enjoy.

I love doing this as does our grandson. But when we started, I would try to use margarine to coat the bowl/cup so the omlet wouldn't stick. But for some reason the egg would still adhere to the bowl. Then I tried spraying Pam or Pam substitute on the bowl and it works like a charm, the omlet slides right out and no hardened egg to scrub off the bowl/cup.
