Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl, blending well. Add egg yolks and vanilla, beating until smooth. Prepare Dream Whip with milk using package directions. Add 2 cups Dream Whip to cream cheese mixture. Fold in egg whites. Pour into crust. Freeze for 3-4 hours. Let stand at room temperature for a few minutes before serving. Top with pie filling and remaining Dream Whip.
