I have just bought 2 wonderful wood window boxes with liners for my shed. They are great but came with no hardware or instructions on how to mount them. The shed is Amish built, wood construction with siding cover. I need help on how to attach them to my shed. They are cedar and not super heavy. Any help is appreciated.

I would check at a home improvement or hardware store, they sell brackets that should work.
If nothing else works, grab some metal shelf brackets. Two per box should work, unless they are super long. Then I would add three per, don't forget to screw the bracket to the window box also.
I'd make some heavy wooden brackets that are painted the color of the shed, so they won't be too noticeable. The window boxes may not be too heavy now, but once they are filled with dirt, plants, and some water, they will be much heavier than you think they could possibly be.
