Freezing Breaded Fish?

How do you freeze fish with the breading on it like you get at grocery stores? How do you get the breading to stay on?

Coat the fish as normal and then lay it out on a cookie sheet so they are not touching. Freeze completely and go again if needed.
When storing, it is a good idea to use wax paper to further separate it.
The thing to watch is that it doesn't thaw out enough to get sticky.
You might even try cooking it in hot oil for one minute before freezing to allow the batter to cook, but not the fish. May be easier to store.
