Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In medium bowl, combine coconut, brown sugar, nuts, butter and milk; mix well. Spread onto bottom of 9 inch square baking pan. Separate biscuits; arrange in single layer over coconut mixture. In small bowl, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over biscuits.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes, invert onto serving plate. Serve warm.
