That's an early '80's tux coat- there are tons of patterns for them on eBay, and elsewhere. If you were to make one, look for patterns from around '78 to '82- sleeves got wider after that, and the jacket bodies were styled in a more boxy fashion from then, forward.
Check all thrift and second hand stores and bring the picture of it with you to show the sales clerks. Also, post a request on Craigslist.
