Store Empty Canning Jars Upside Down

I store my emptied canning jars in the garage. I found that if I store the jars upside down, it saves a lot of time cleaning them up to use. No more dust or dead bugs inside.

Well yeah! But now you have dust and bugs on the outside.

I store mine upside down, too, Mary, (xintesas, well yeah, but they are easier to wash off!) I store my rings threaded on a clothing hanger that I have untwisted the top on, keeps them perfectly round. I hang the hanger from the rafters in the basement.

I pop my empty jars in a (washed to re-use ) plastic bag and seal with an elastic band -also recycled. Wow! Aren't I good?? Anything rather than have to scrub off bugs and dust when I want to get on.
