Mystery Salad

Ingredients:

• 1 pkg. lemon gelatin (3oz.)
• 1 envelope Dream Whip
• pineapple juice and water to make 1 1/4 cup
• 1 small can crushed pineapple

• 1 cup finely diced celery
• 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Directions:

Heat juice and water to dissolve gelatin. Chill until it begins to thicken, then combine with Dream Whip and cheese. Fold in pineapple and celery. Chill.
