Crust: Blend flour, melted margarine, and nuts. Pat into 9x13 inch Pyrex pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. Remove and cool.
Second Layer: Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese. Fold in Cool Whip and spread on cooled crust.
Third Layer: Pour milk into pudding mix and beat until thick. Spread on cheese layer.
Fourth Layer: Cover with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with desired topping.
