"Alpha Pockets" Wall Hanging Pattern?

I've lost the pages to a plastic canvas booklet called "Alpha Pockets" by The Needlecraft Shop. It is item #913804 and was designed by Joan Green. I need pages 5-8. It is a wall hanging with alphabet pockets that hold an item starting with the corresponding letter. I want the pages, the booklet, or a pattern that is similar.
