This may be used to marinate both steaks, chicken, and kabobs. It contains an acid ingredient for tenderizing so they may be used on less tender steaks. To get the full benefit, marinate overnight. This costs approximately 1/4 the cost of manufactured marinades.
Mix all ingredients. Pierce meat with a fork in many places to allow marinade to penetrate. Place meat in ziploc bag or shallow dish. Cover and refrigerate. I sometimes marinate the meat for 2 days. A chuck steak would do well with the longer marinating time. Excellent flavor!
