What is the best way to repair a tiny hole in a plastic container? I use a soft plastic pliable container for washing hair in the bed for my husband who is handicapped. I can't seem to figure the best way to seal the hole. Help!

Try Super Glue. Fill the hole with glue and let it dry thoroughly. When dry apply a drop or so on both sides of the hole. If the hole is not plugged continue to add glue. This method will only work on very small holes.
You can get a new one at the dollar tree. Or, you might want to invest in one of these, as the cost might be covered if your husband has a disability.
It might work to use a just-spent match with enough heat left to touch to the plastic surrounding the hole, melting the plastic enough to seal the hole. I'd place the plastic with hole area over a non-flammable surface to hold it flat and steady. It might take several tries if you use a burned match. Another, but more risky option would be a still-burning match or a fire-starter match you pull the clicker on for a flame. Be extremely cautious with a flame, melting plastic, and possible fumes. There are patches available for vinyl swimming poolspr vinyl liners for ponds in your yard. You may be able to find one on the internet or at a local store that sells these products.
Duct tape, especially the clear "package tape" stuff! Cut off a strip long enough to completely cover the hole, press it really well, and see how that goes.
