Remedy for Itchy Summer Feet?

In the summer the soles of my feet itch, is there a home remedy for this? I've heard something about oatmeal?

1. Baking soda in warm water. Soak 15 and rinse.
2. Put about 1/2 cup of oats in cheese cloth and tie it closed. Put in warm water and soak feet for 15-20 minutes.Towel dry.
There are anti-itch creams over the counter. Hope something here helps you.

You didn't say if they itch at night or in the day or whether you wear socks or not. You might be allergic to the fabric your shoes are made of.

Once you find out what causes it you can fix the problem. If your feet itch at night try rubing them with aspercreme. It works.

Soak your feet in epsom salts. Nice warm or cool soak is wonderful, your body absorbs the magnesium sulfates, which are healing properties.
