Love the combination of the meat, fruit and vegetable in this recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 can tuna
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup cubed apples, unpeeled
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Dressing:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. half and half
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. onion, diced
Directions:
Mix all together and chill.
