OK, so some might just gag a maggot at this idea, but before I lost about 70 pounds, whenever I wanted something sweet for lunch, I would get a packet of instant tomato soup, heat up some hot water, then add 2 Tbsp. of cremora and a packet of sweetener. It really quenched my sweet tooth, not to mention a healthy lunch.

That might not be as healthy as you think. If the ingrediants are MSG, sulfites or sulfates and high levels of salt you might be better off with a sandwich.
