My white shirt got brown army face paint all over it. How can I get it out? I have tried washing it and it hasn't come out. I have also bleach but nothing is working. The paint is like wax

I would treat it like a grease stain. I think most makeup is oil based. Try Dawn, Greased Lightning, even shampoo might work.
